Cullen Spitzer founded Spitzer Industries, Inc., in 1996 and serves as the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Spitzer’s career in the oil and gas industry spans nearly 30 years, most of it spent as a principal of firms he either started or was instrumental in growing. His first endeavor took place in 1982 when he founded Maintech Enterprises. In 1991, Mr. Spitzer sold Maintech to Hanover Compressor, where he remained as Vice President of Sales until 1995.

David Kotzebue - President |

David Kotzebue joined the firm as Vice President of Project Management in 2000, and in 2006, he was named President. Previously, Mr. Kotzebue spent 10 years as a construction consultant at Mustang Engineering, an international oil and gas engineering and project management firm based in Houston. He has over 30 years of experience in engineering, project management, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and start-up of onshore and offshore production facilities. He received a BS from Texas A&M University in 1975.

Ted Johnson – Vice President and CFO |

Ted Johnson joined Spitzer Industries in 1997 and oversees all accounting, finance, treasury and administrative activities for the company. Prior to joining SII, he served as a financial analyst at Keystone International, Inc, a leading international valve manufacturer and Apache Corporation, a leading independent oil & gas exploration and production company. He also spent several years at Ernst & Young auditing various manufacturing companies. Mr. Johnson received his MBA from Rice University and his BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of Texas.

Milo Thibeadeau – Executive Vice President - Fabrication |

Milo Thibeadeau joined Spitzer Industries in 1996. He is responsible for the supervision, scheduling and completion of all jobs for the company’s manufacturing facility on Tanner Road, as well as all manufacturing operations at the Industrial Road facility. His areas of particular expertise include shop fabrication, field construction, and manufacturing management, although his experience extends to virtually all areas of fabrication for the onshore/offshore production and petrochemical industries. He completed courses in welding technology and blueprint interpretation at North Harris County Community College, and brings 32 years of broad experience to the company. |

James Medford – Vice President Corporate, QA/QC Manager |

James Medford joined Spitzer Industries in 2009 as Vice President Corporate, QA/QC Manager. Mr. Medford has 30 years experience in construction, fabrication, welding, and repairs; with 17 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control Inspection. He spent the last 12 years as President of Inspection Associates, Inc., where third party QA/QC inspections, project management, and construction management services were provided to major oil & gas companies. Mr. Medford has performed various inspection and auditing activities throughout the world for subsea and topside equipment in fabrication facilities, pipe mills, machine shops, offshore platforms, and coating mills/job shops. |

Mark Erickson – Executive Vice President of Projects – Curtis Kelly |

Mark Erickson joined Spitzer Industries in 1999 as a mechanical engineer and from 2005 to 2007 was the Vice President of Project Management at the Tanner Rd Facility. He is currently on assignment at Curtis Kelly to assist in optimizing the Project Management and Engineering functions of that organization. Mr. Erickson is an Executive Vice President, and will be reassigned within the Spitzer Companies following his tenure with Curtis Kelly. Mr. Erickson received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and has assisted in establishing and building the subsea expertise within the Spitzer Companies. |

Charles O’Hara – President Orizon Industries, Inc. |

Charles O’Hara joined Orizon Industries, Inc. in 1996 as V.P. of Sales and Operations. Mr. O’Hara’s past career in the steel fabrication industry started in 1972 with C.S.M. Corp., and ranged from Engineering Manager to President. His previous 38 years of experience in engineering, project management, fabrication, and sales has been instrumental in developing Orizon Industries, Inc., one of the Spitzer Companies, into a world class structural steel fabrication firm. |
